Wiser and Confident.

They say with age comes wisdom, kindness, confidence, and ease. In my opinion, with age, you develop sensitive taste buds, a preference for casual clothing, and a lower tolerance level for B.S. (yep, I wrote that).

Once a lover of the nightlife, now I'm an early nighter. Simple dinners at home and early morning spin rides (@themadisonphx@spinner_az ) are where I am right now in my life. These are the ways that I fuel and fill myself up now. My new preferred drink of choice is “

(@thedanettemay )yet “Wine-Time” is still around but has become an occasional treat now. Sunday Fundays have become Sunday Workday, Saturday Party Nights are now Saturday Chill Nights (of course with my hubby and my precious fur babies, we always have so much fun together).

Hmmm, what happened? Did I get old??? Nah, I just jumped on a different train. It's a slower one but one with great views. I'm embracing how quiet life has become and I'm enjoying it. Most likely because with age has come wisdom about what I truly need in my life; kindness to myself and others, knowing we are all just doing our best; confidence in my choices; and at ease with my life and where I am at on my journey.
